Instead of smiling on the camera have some concern and please start telling employees if they are going to be laid off so they can start looking for jobs. The spouses of the employees think this is a horrendous way you were handling the situation

You are going to wait until they tell you? Concentrate on PDS through LinkedIn, EdX, etc. and get resume ready and start conversations with recruiters, if you like. So, you are prepared either way - if you are one of the lucky individuals - EXCELLENT; however, you are more marketable now with your PDS etc. and you won’t have to pursue anything else. However, if we are impacted then you are already few steps ahead so less worries and you are prepared for that day no matter how hard it is on us right now. Believe me, I am not sleeping at night because I worry; however, I have decided to concentrate on what I can control which is PDS, prep and recruiters, etc.
