This is the biggest joke! The companies still aren’t even integrated yet! We still act as two companies and will at least through the year

I agree with the comment mentioning ‘this has been the worse experience ‘ of someone’s life. This has been nightmare.

I'd love to, but I left a couple of months ago. Now I'm relaxed, working a job I love much more, and watching the dumpster fire that is 'Firserv' slowly turn to ash.

Hey Frank... how many more customers bailed out on you this quarter?

Wow i'm really surprised at the low votes on @apt+16bnR5NU. Is everyone at the company pleased with no ESPP discount, no 401k match and the chaos that has been created by departures of colleagues ?

My view? Sure. WAY more painful then I thought it would be.

This is what I have observed the past year. Original First Data managers micro manage their staff. The staff is constantly fearful of being fired or laid off. We have lost our 401k matching and stock purchase discounts. Decisions are being made without thinking about the impact. Moral is at an all time low. But let’s celebrate the anniversary. I’m sure someone is getting a great pay out. The 7000 people who have been laid off are not.

I see that HR has manage to not only make posts here but they've somehow managed to manipulate the positive/negative reactions? What's wrong HR, truth hurts?

For all the reports of an increase of diversity and inclusion, just remember that a minority CEO was replaced by an old white man. Whose cronies are also white men.

To reflect honestly from my point of view, there may be some hope, Some really good improvements have come in process and technology for my group. While the huge cuts in staff were initially challenging it did force the hand and improvements resulted that are providing long term benefits without the headcount. A previous poster said that meetings are now being run as true teams, I do agree with that. Much more inclusion and and effort to review talent, promote from within. It has been a really tough change, but I am trying to be cautiously optimistic. While I still don’t understand how someone with so much negative baggage got brought aboard I have to hope that at the very least some level of greed on his part will produce something of value.

To the FB shill above - gee, FB has done all this miracle work in ONE MONTH???? Are you kidding me? All indicators, including most comments on this board, show otherwise. Go post tripe on Facebook please.

Great day today. Celebrating one year since the merger. Company running much better already. Frank running company as a team not one off meetings like predecessor. Client focus drastically different much improved focus on delivering real value for our customers and to think Frank has only been in the CEO job for less than a month. More great things to come!

Stocks down significantly. If this board is any indication, there’s potential employee unrest. The exit of the last CEO is very cloudy. And it appears seniors executives spend time posting here. Seems kind of GE like

Chaos, layoff's, and no clear direction seems to be the theme, with a sprinkling of reduced benefits like no ESPP, higher medical, and no 401k match. So a good year for the company, but not so much for employee's. Especially since there is another round of layoffs scheduled for this fall and Winter 2021.
