Don’t forget, Union Pacific was ranked as THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN AMERICA for 2019.
While you may feel handcuffed and that you can’t afford to leave, like any move - your income gains will come in future employment and opportunities surface. GTFO when you can, and even better with a severance (like I did).
I haven’t used Indeed in about 9 years. Didn’t even know it was still around. 47% is still an F where I went to school.
The only reason UP is even that high on Indeed is due to all of the fake reviews left there. It would look a lot more like Glassdoor if Indeed got rid of them.
