Someone said on another post that it’s capped at 2 months now? Can anyone validate or confirm how much the layoff payout is???

Yikes!!! I have the same question. I hope this is not true.
I heard that a while back. It wouldn’t surprise me given the cheap reputation BNY has.
Glad to have been let go beforehand.
If they want to change the SUB plan, there will be filings and employees will be aware.
All get meet expectations in your mid-year review. Have fun while it lasts! Unless you want to voluntarily walk away. It's better for the bank to train internally.
