Merchandisers will not ever get a raise just that disrespectful 2% Merchandisers are so unappreciated without pay. If you are a merchandiser you will not get a pay raise. Try to get another job! You will never grow at this position!

If you can run hi/lo I thought you were bumped up to $15.00 an hour. All they are trying to do is push long time associates out the door so they can get a bunch of entitled kids in there.
I'm Member support, mainly working the desk, but I work at the door, cashier, and help out in Merchandising. I used to help out in Club pickup but since they got a pay raise I say I don't make enough to help out now. I've not to stretch myself thin for this company anymore.
Sam's club no longer wants people to move up in the company they want new bodies. Team leads, managers and other positions are all being filled by off the street people. If you don't see it, you're blind.
You're suppose to try to get another job, either in store, or another store. You're not suppose to stay in a low paying job forever. Why would you? Your duty in life is to find the best paying job you can. To make the best life you can. Don't wait on someone to give you something, go out and get it yourself.

I been working for Samsclub 4 years and merchandisers starting pay was $10.50 not sure where your club is located. Maybe state makes a different.
Merchandisers started out at like $9.00 2 years ago, but you wouldn't know that if you were with the company longer than a minute
