- 7% internal revenue. ZERO EPS. Ugh

I don't know. I think Frank did a pretty good job for our internal call. He delivered the "be thankful you still have a job" message very tactfully. I have heard that message in the past from other Fiserv leaders and it did not go over as well as it did today. Plus he let us know that the 401K match will be returning once all of the worlds problems are solved. So that will be nice.
The good news is that we will definitely hit 35 continuous years of double digit EPS growth. They don't care how many people they lay off, they WILL hit that number.
Plus Frank let us know how they are handling the diversity imitative. We just need to think globally and we already have a very diverse workforce.
Jeff was good as always and took the lead on the call. The analysts love him, which will keep the stock price decent. Once Jeff leaves at the end of the year I don't see Frank doing such a smooth job.
"Last, let me thank our more than 40,000 talented associates around the world for their commitment and courage each day as we stand together to deliver value for clients, our colleagues and U.S. shareholders."
Last quarter was more than 44,000...what's next quarter...36,000?
Lots of cost synergy talk on the call. Seems like a continued strategy. But a deferral on platform modernization. Fiserv will continue to be a primarily mainframe based organization. Not necessarily a bad strategy
$110 by end of the day is not out of the question
Wrong. It will get to $15,000 a share by midnight!
I bet it will get to like $1500 a share by morning at this rate! ;)
Exploding, lmao maybe in your pants Einstein.
You’re wrong, this thing is exploding tomorrow. $150 very very soon
You're optimism is based on 11 transactions in after hours in which 4 of them were bid lower? All you are seeing is the last transaction. Free cash flow was great, revs and earnings stunk.
Earnings were fantastic! You don’t know how to read an Income Statement, in this environment to generate these earnings is remarkable. Nearly $1B in FCF for a quarter is unrivaled, very few Fortune 200 companies generate this level of FCF. Check the aftermarket for validation because you (the poster) are dead wrong.
After hours loves it!!!!!!! Boom
Another 8k "resources" are on the cutting block
They are really going to have do a major spin in the CC. Good luck with that.
They bombed.
