Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

My post was posted to indeed without my consent

I made a post here a while back and i found it as a review on indeed. I came to this space to vent my frustration and taking my words and posting it without my consent is not okay. I still work at honeywell and am concerned that something about what i said could be traced back to me. It was irresponsible to write those words in the first place, I’ve never publicly posted something like that before and was at a point where I was so frustrated and stressed I wanted to see if anyone else was feeling the same way. I’ve learned my lesson about posting stuff like that, and am putting this here as a warning to others posting. If you were the person who put my post up on indeed and who knows where else, please take it down.

Can someone repost what was posted on indeed? Or provide a link?

Don't post anything to social media that you wouldn't want to see on the front page of the New York Times.

Social media has some good features but over all it has been a curse.

@OP
Just like on any social media platform, you gave your consent for someone to copy / paste the content to wherever they want when you posted it publicly. There are no plagiarism rules expressed or implied.

I call B.S. on the original post. Just another HR troll trying to scare employees away from sharing the truth about Honeywell.

Nutcase Maz, maybe you should pay attention to the original post. No wonder why MM wants to get rid of people. He can see that the employees can’t even make an obvious observation.

Who cares. Has zero to do with layoffs.

I think that comment was due to the posting title where it was not capitalized, but I can see where the confusion might have been. Toughguy!

Hey toughguy, the OP was referring to Indeed the online company. That means it is proper and is spelled correctly with the “I” being capitalized. Don’t call people out about 3rd grade spelling if you can’t analyze and comprehend first. OP, the company has way more on their plate right now, I wouldn’t sweat it.

OP - Please use capital letters where appropriate, otherwise it looks like someone in 3rd grade wrote the post. "I" instead of "i". "Indeed" instead of "indeed".

You're being paranoid. Keep posting useful stuff. There is no data-trace even by those mo–nic 'data-investigators' at Honeywell and their investigation data-farms in India.

This is OP, FYI I’m aware it’s my own fault for posting something on the internet if i didn’t want it distributed. I didn’t post my job title or location, but i am worried that it was specific enough to cause someone at honeywell to investigate it. I would think that Indeed has a lot more visibility than this forum to HON. It’s really unnerving to see my words verbatim on something public when i didn’t post it.

Don't be too concerned. If it is negative, it will disappear on its own in a few days.

Did it have an accurate job title or location associated with it? If not, don't worry.

Don't worry about it. You won't be tracked down. The only tracking Hon is doing is its way into bankruptcy.
