I’m hearing through the grapevine that it’s likely next week and that they will look a lot different than previous layoffs with a lot fewer “perks”. Can anyone in the know share please? This site is anonymous so you can’t be tracked. Thanks in advance!

it is always best to get laid off in the first wave, as in 2016.....later on the severance gets weaker and weaker....best of luck Girls and Boys

Woo hoo! Stock eclipsed $3.00... One of Way’s performance goals was to do this and for each penny over $3.00, he gets a million dollar spot bonus. Good for him! He deserves it! Bless his heart, it’s been a tough few years at the helm, none of which is his fault. If only the employees had worked a little harder, but glad to see him ge recognized for this feat.

I think you’re right. A lot less severance and medical bennies cut immediately.
