@1tes Gave the perfect example of one of the many things wrong with out screws up ranking. If helping others lowers your ranking what kind of company have we become? Wasn’t teamwork part of what made Exxon great. Should we promote sick a cut throat environment that we are literally being told by management if you take the time to “help others” now you are going down? What is the goal here? A bunch of people learning and doing nothing that truly matters to out on a piece of paper for your ranking process. How ridiculous is this?
Relative performance is key. The entire group could have done “better” than last year. But maybe YOU did 2% worse than others because maybe you spent time helping other people. But that 2% delta is your relatively worse performance. Even though compared to last year you improved 50%. It’s all relative it’s all funny. Moving up or down is in performance is an odd concept when most people don’t even have concrete objectives that are given to them.
MLRP=Management of Relatively Low Performance - it is the process for PIPs etc, has been around for a while. Depending on your permissions you can see different outcomes in intranet search. Don't see anything earthshattering that has not been discussed here already. Only notewortjy thing that the 8% target is for the NSI, not staff reduction, which may mean some may get a stay of execution for a few months
People that spend their time searching the intranet instead of doing proper work should not be surprised by their NSI assessment.

Searched ... there are a ton of docs ... all now returning 404 NOT FOUND errors when you try to access any of them. Looks like someone's watching this forum & quickly worked with EMIT to remove.
That's what it sounds like. Dissidents are double-ungood!
