Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Is anyone else’s brain still completely broken from Wednesday?

Working and waiting an entire agonizing day not knowing what is going to happen to your position and healthcare during a pandemic.

I’m a 59 y.o. former Allstate employee who “retired” at the end of 2019 because the job was s—ing the life out of me. If I was still there, however, I would have intentionally tanked this assessment in the hopes of getting a TRO or severance package. It ain’t the same company I started with.

I was able to complete 5 levels, skipped 2. The assessment is 30% of the decision. I bet the questions hold more weight then the puzzle.

Was the puzzle part just moving the boxes to move the black dot to the red dot?

Yes and I just did the assessment and the questions didn’t bother me that much but I completely BOMBED the puzzle part.. like literally maybe got 2 or 3 and skipped 5 or 6. I’m so screwed.. I’d like to see how Wilson or Shapiro would do on those puzzles... how do those puzzles relate to how I am with my customers? It’s such bs
