Yes the GS team works behind a key code locked door on the 3rd floor of Sky Harbor and their whole function is outsourcing US jobs to lower cost regions. Morality Mike leads it the team, the last time I checked.

Stupid title and statement. It ain't that easy to close it all down without jeopardizing the supply chain. Thats why we have the covert group called GS and I to get all this wrapped up without creating a mess when its all been done.
