Management needs to stop making excuses and protecting associates that are not doing their job this is out of control then the other associates have to step up and do their job and more.

Wow, are you really that ignorant and racist? All the lazy people in my club are white stupid lazy f—in redneck trump lovin' pieces of sh–. And it's we're, not were, as in we're tired of you lazy a– cousin f—ing bumpkins! Ps. Im white!
This has been going on for years, it will never stop I couldn't stand seeing it happen every day with the same people on the morning crew . Just the thought of it pisses me off, that's part of the reason I walked up to my dept. manager and said I quit felt so good, I was going to talk to the manager whenever she showed up to tell her that the following was my last day ! But to get in his face was the best feeling & he was trying to talk to me ,just keep walking, there was so many lazy people in my club that it was a huge problem & managers would not listen to a word you had to say. Just turn your head the other way even though it's tuff. Good Luck...
If no one told you that the first thing you should concern yourself with at your job is making sure the people with the power to fire you are happy with you, your junior high diploma wasn't worth the toilet paper it was printed upon.
This is happening a lot in my club.. the managers are constantly making excuses for all the lazy people that happen to be black that work here cause they are "buddies" or it's a brotha or sista. Anyone else cant even sneeze without threats of being coached ... it really IS a big problem but were not allowed to have a problem with it or were bigots
