Are they only doing them in big groups at the end of months or are the continually laying off individuals during the month?

About 8 weeks after taking the assessment they’ll let those affected know is what they told us and then we’ll have 60 days left with Allstate. I guess the severance kicks in after our last day right ? I’ll have to figure out health insurance for the family , call the mortgage company and my lienholders on the cars to ask for a deferral on payments and that should get me through January or February. What happens when Allstate still can’t crack the top 3 insurance company rankings next year ..more layoffs ? More jobs to India?
