Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Hunger games

So if we are playing these games every few years, why should I collaborate with my teammates? I want to always manipulate and take all the credit and undermine my peers.

That will place me better next time around.

Sounds Like something a team lead would do. Take credit for subordinates work, then gets asked a question and unable to answer or if they do confuses everyone more.
Can someone start a name and shame on workplace?

If you’re really savvy, you’ll spend most of your time on D&I/Digital/XYZ initiatives and rub shoulders with senior management in the process. At the same time, take credit for the grunt work of your colleagues who put the barrels in the tank. It’s a win-win strategy! . I hope ppl who do this rot in hell.

  1. Collaboration is part of what you’re getting paid for and evaluated on
  1. A teammate could become your boss one day (treat others how you would like to be treated)
  1. Hopefully you’re not a complete narcissistic a**
