If you aren’t burning your PTO and looking for other jobs you’re just in it for the free lunch! The lack of ambition at PXD is staggering, enjoy being used as a pawn while officers line their pockets with the change in control money when they sell and leave you hanging.

I asked a question that they dodged, “what incentive remains for employees in a flat org structure where cash is prioritized for a variable dividend ?” Very telling, there’s no incentive!
