@egpq+16nc8sZX For retirement purposes they should count all of your years at Honeywell, but if they gave you severance back in 2015 it does make sense that they subtract that from the current severance. If they did NOT give you severance or if the severance was curtailed because they brought you back then you have a legitimate gripe.

RIF after RIF until the only people left are the desk jockey VP and Directors to do the job. And, as everyone knows that these 'top' leaders haven't a single clue how to even move one part to another location without making it a project needing several 'talents' to orchestrate.
Speaking of talents. Don't get fooled when you are recognised as a talent and requires a project to portray your worth to leadership. Its a farce created by those so-called Directors and VP to do the work that they can't but wants the credit for it.
If they ask for volunteers, I'm raising my hand this time. The only way I would ever stay with the company is if I could move to India and actually keep my job. I'm sick of all the gall coming from directors and managers following a RIF why things can't be done as they were before. Rocket science!
