Can someone explain to me how Club pick up receives a raise? None of the other departments where some associates have given the company 10 plus years have not received a raise. I know meat department and bakery received a raise because they have an actual skill. ( what I was told)

Yea I have picked and dispensed. Its no harder than any other job at sams. If they deserve 15 so does every other position not currently at 15.
If anyone is being overlooked, it is produce! They treat associates like they have no worth and are stupid, managers put people of there own race in position to get better pay, and I’m not talking about white associates, it seems upper management needs to start managing
Giving club pickup a raise is ridiciulous. In our club the people that are doing pickup with the exception of one or two cannot keep up. They are lazy and always blame the other person for the reason they cannot keep up with the orders. One of the issues is the system. Members are sitting out in their cars for up to 30 to 45 minutes because the check in app does work half the time. Then the member calls and the phones rings forever. Such inept help.
"actual skill" hahahahahaha
I am a cart pusher and I am still stuck at $11.00 .
McDonalds starting pay is 11.00 an hour. Sam's should be ashamed. No better than a fast food joint.
My club started out at $16.00 per hour
Have you tried picking orders, and taking them out and loading them into members cars? It’s not easy and it’s not fun so they deserve the 15 a hour they are getting stop complaining about what others get, if you are not happy in your department and want more money then transfer to another department where you will receive more money, everyone cries and complains about others when in fact if they want change then they need to make the change themselves
That's not fair
Forklift drivers have a skill and yet no raise...
