It going to get a lot worse. Prepare for losing your job with Honeywell.
Ottawa gets a fish, Olathe gets a weasel. No matter what Honeywell site in any business group, it's always the same result. The Jack Welch legacy inaction.
Post said Olathe site not Ottawa??
I'm on coffee break reading this forum. Does the "big fish" you talk about have a brother working on the production floor? If so, I've personally heard him call down management a number of times. Yes, I agree his personality is very nice in meetings but outside of that he is a whining, wimpy compulsive back stabbing WEASEL...Oh..I meant to say TUNA!
Oh nice to know that big FISH reported me a few weeks ago. He then bad a$$es Management behind their backs to his co-workers. SLIMY FISH!!! Sweet & funny in your face but STABS your back the minute you turn around. Stay far away from the BIG SLIMY FISH and watch what you say to him. Management BEWARE because he whines alot until he gets his way...he sounds innocent but he is as SLIMY as they get.
Ottawa SQUEALER.....he is a big fish...called tuna. Can you guess who it is?
Another 10 to 15% will be shown the door, mainly on the OEM side. This will happen on or around the transition from Q3 to Q4. It will be announced one or two days after Labor Day. It will be a mix of salary and hourly. This has all happened before and it will happen again. Here is news about your Three biggest companies that buy the avionics assembled and tested at your site.

If the companies the buy your output aren't doing well, then Honeywell has and will cut the workforce deep into the bone. They will remain profitable at all costs mainly at the expense of labor.
