Don’t worry. The senior execs will still get their $5M bonuses. And their cadre of arse 👄 will get their raises thru promotions.
I suppose with the revenue drop, pandemic, this sort of thing was inevitable. But yes, it kind of smells like a pay freeze, even though they say it is not. When IBM sends out spokespersons to say up is down, it does not help the corporate image, internally or externally.
