i'm curious if any groups will be excluded from the ER? For example, someone in Security or Collab (growing) or quota-carrying employees, etc?
Not sure about quota, but the BU functions have reserved themselves a whole bunch of exclusions. So do not be surprise if you do not get an offer (they are coming out for the North America’s on The 18th, I think).

Age (50+) + 7 years of service needs to add up to at least 62.
50 + 12 = 62
55 + 7 = 62
56 + 6 != 62 (does not qualify)
Further truth is the 20% pay cut. 4 day work week is coming @ 80% pay.
This site is always right. Bunch of us started following it back in 2016 when the rumors about big LR coming started. When LR happened in August that year (coincidence?), we were all prepared. I dodged that bullet (and few other rounds), don’t think that I’ll be that lucky this time.
As for deletions, Cisco does not own this site, and has no influence over it, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading anything until the actual purge. If anything got deleted it’s because the language used in a post. Mods don’t allow using real names, Insults and vulgarities.
