Site leadership here may actually be worse than corporate level leadership that everyone is complaining about. There is total disconnect from everyone below him. He won't even look an employee in the eyes, much less talk to them. He could not care less about the morale or welfare of the employees, because it's not on any of his precious spreadsheets. He went from VP of whatever, back DOWN to site leader for whatever BS excuse he wanted us to believe, and his sole mission from the day he arrived was/is to strip every ounce of dignity and self-worth away from any and all employee scum stuck to the bottom of his shoe. I have seen a sign, that says "the beatings will continue until morale improves". Well he doesn't care about the morale improving, the beatings will just continue. Anyone who works in or around this building will know exactly which "leader" I am talking about.

Sometimes you just have to sell your "happiness" to stay alive :-( If you can manage to stay alive without being employed, be adventurous and search for something else that may make you happy.

If you want to make that Site Leader mad, just mention the Rotor Bearings of the KI-256 and how they never got fixed.

Just remember that site leaders work for the same ruthless corporation you do. If a leader raises their voice at you or in your presence .. straight to HR with complaints about PTSD and “fear of reprisal”. Make sure they spell it correctly “r e p r I s a l”. Better if you can have a female in the room make the complaint. Done that leader gets to continue their career progression in a new opportunity.
Not the only site leader with such low ethics in actually managing people let alone a site. What did you expect coming down from a functional leader position. Functional VPs are the worst pack since they never own up to anything but rather push the problems downwards.
Name one current VP that deserves any admiration or has actually made the business any better. None? Exactly. Bunch of choir boys singing joyful songs and pretending that everything is dandy.a
