It’s been very frustrating working here over the last 6 years... I’ve been the receiving team lead and now backroom associate since they changed job titles... how is it that cashiers can make the same as myself, but without all the stress and workload of being in receiving and claims? No one has a clue all that we have to go through on a daily basis and it’s irritating that it always goes unnoticed.

They can't apply only people ok front end can. Sorry they deserve the raise. But telling u the drama on front end is a nightmare. All these young kids are so entitled and believe they should be supervisors after 3 mo there it's crazh
Receiving has a lot more responsibility thank cashiers..claims with in its self is a full time job so let's not talk about doing receiving and claims both..so yes I think backroom associates should get more than 15
Backroom associates don't have to deal with anything remotely annoying as the front end does.
You're also never bothered by calls except maybe a random call to load something out the back door.
You unload/run trucks until 8am, then sit back there left alone to do the rest of your job.
I’m all for fellow associates making more money. But the person who thinks receiving doesn’t have to deal with rude members is delusional. Can’t tell you how many times members force their way into the back to harass us about being out of something, telling us “you must have some back here.”
wow...6 whole years...how ever have you stayed so long ?..hahaha..try 4 times that and how you feel then.....
I’ve worked both and receiving does not have to deal with rude members that are p-ss-d off and you do not have to push for credit or upgrades and did I mention how many people call in that work on the front end and nothing is done about. Same people every week calling out. You should be happy for your fellow associate. You guys got your raises awhile back. Trying to figure out why merchandisers, maintenance and produce or being so disrespected and getting slapped in the face.
What about other department? WoW Sam’s club WoW... #unfair
Not for 45 days if you arent already a cashier. And our manager over the front end is a nightmare.
Yeah I've worked all over the building. If you have a job with minimal member interaction and a set schedule you have it good.
You can apply for cashier too. Boom! Same pay, less stress.
