Our Maintenance team was already shorted staff Now after hearing about the pay raises one quit on the spot & the other put in their two weeks' notice.
I don't know what they were thinking not including them especially during this pandemic.
As they are the ones cleaning after members leaving their masks & filthy tissues on the floor & some associates who don't even clean after themselves.
They could easily get sick.
If maintenance starts quitting everywhere you will have even more filthy clubs nothing sanitized.. more like more people being put at a higher risk.
It's hard enough finding workers who are not just working till they find something else.
The ones that work & show dedication are getting screwed over.
