Can you guys tell me what your membership team lead actually does? Ours carries around a tittle if Manager and is referred to as a manager by the rest of the management team
Just confirmed by the GM calling HO. Membership leads will NOT get the raise because they just went salaried if you didn’t have a lead or coordinator. That being said, they did say the membership manager position will be going away soon and the salaried membership representatives will pick up their responsibilities without management pay.
