They’re having fun dropping riddles in these random emails about our future hanging by a thread .
It was a useless and trivial email That only said wherever you go there you are. It felt tasteless and insincere. I wish these emails would just stop because it’s not helping anyone feel better

“last week we communicated important next steps in the Transformative Growth journey, including how these changes affect individual teams”
Received an assessment but I can tell you now “individual teams” don’t know have a clue as to where they stand how how they’ll be affected. Like everyone else I was on a nationwide call still don’t know to what degree my CSA/MCO or position will impacted.
He’s prepping for the slaughter. His eyes say it all. Where are you hiring these folks ? There are many many questions they will not answer. Thick pile of blank.
But what does it really say? I got nothing out of it.
My theory is they have to send us weekly reminders about layoffs to try and sweat people out. Got nothing to do with actual transparency
