When you call out a lot then go on LOA does that affect your full time status?

No PTO no pay.
If you fall below the ft status (34 hours) for 12 weeks or more and don’t supplement those call offs with pto, then yes. If you are on an approved Loa then you are inactivated in the system and your average will not be affected. But it has to be an approved Loa.
What if you no longer have any PTO left?
If you have been covering the call outs with PTO / personal legacy time then your status is safe...I believe loa is the same..
