Levels 1-4. Wonder How many will take the offer?

They are not going to offer an MVO to the Legg org, if they are only laying off 25 to 50 people, as Legg said.
Get real.
Any word on MVO in Legg org for the planned surplus of September time frame? Normally they field with a MVO before they run the surplus, usually all coupled with a reorg/realign.
@4xmt+16rh90Fc I meant one org that got the offer was Arison's
Payroll and AP in St Louis with Shared Services have a lot of fat. Outside contractors can do their jobs with a fraction of their costs providing better services. I guess this is why C suite wanted to cut the shared services.
what happened to Arison's Shared Services? I don't understand a comment of "One org that girls the offer was Arison's Shared Services."
One org that girls the offer was Arison's Shared Services . All US locations but not sure about international. Last day is Sept 28 on payroll. . .
What locations does the offer include? Any in the midwest or just Dallas and NJ?
What specific orgs? Our Finance org hasn't heard a thing.
I'm taking it. All FBO has focused on for the last year is training Accenture. The VP and AVPs are clueless tweeps who don't know how to run a customer oriented function. A very toxic environment.
Meanwhile the Chairman will get over $20 million this year and hundreds of millions in a retirement package!!!
Wise up!!!
Well deserved!!! Hope it works out for a lot of you guys!!
"Sept. 28. Much to learn and research. I’m within 24 months of MR75. Do I go with MTP or take my chances? The Pension lump sum calculation rate is published in NOV right? If it comes down that could mean a higher lump Doemight go or I might wait it out. "
If I remember correctly, the calculation is December?
Also, I am not sure if the Kongress1diots put a clause in the Payroll Protection Act that helped companies screw over their employees by putting a cap on the lump sum. Ratty seemed to mention that. Why would I not be surprised?
When my wife got wacked in 2019, the company STRONGLY encouraged the wackees to take the lump sum in April because they said it would be higher in April than waiting till it was recaclulated the following December. WRONG - she got screwed out of a couple of hundred gran of her lump sum!
MORAL: Don't trust this F*CKin' company.

OP, for those in Finance who accept the offer, what is their last day on payroll?
@afl - maybe partially true. Some of us at&t employees have attained financial wealth and independence and do not have to work. We will either wait it out (till we are paid to go away) or finally decide we have had enough.
Let me tell you, it's great to have options, Butterbean!
Really. I heard Legg org would have a surplus in September as was previously stated. Is that no longer the case? If so, that is good news/
@war - if you paid any attention you’d know that J.Legg said there will be no more planned layoffs in his org for the rest of the year (save 25-50 people in August) . So certainly no MVO’s.
at&t employees don't take the MVO they won't find another job except washing some dishes at chilis
Bean counters taking care of bean counters....sigh
Only in Finance - nothing for ATO that services finance :(
Any word on the MVO being offered in other areas, like Technology Services? Down the New Jeremy Legg leg?
