manipulating HR
intimidating and blaming employees,
and politics based on : you're my friend otherwise my enemy.
These same people are the ones pointing and choosing who's going to be axed.

I remember not too long along, they put Melissa Arnoldi in charge of Latin America, because she wasn’t cutting it in ATO. She basically swapped jobs with Jeff McElfresh. Pretty sure they are both in over their heads. Not sure if Arnoldi is actually running Mexico, or not.

CEO interim : Monica Aspe (well-connected mex goverment)
CIO and literally a clown : Jerónimo Diez de Sollano
And several VPs not even close to know what they're doing.

Of course in the middle of a pandemic there's not too many interested parties, but make no mistake T will exit Latin America in the next few years, they're just not getting the growth in a market dominated by TelMex and America Movil , there s just not enough growth potential to satisfy investors like Elliot Group.

AT&T Is well below the average workplace, with lower pay and fewer fringe benefits.

It amazes me how a couple of goof balls took control of this company from Ed Whitaker ! These same goof balls have made themselves fabulously rich while destroying thousands of working families . They should go to jail for the carnage they have created !!!
