Did anyone else see the Commercial that Verizon leaked on the YouTube page then took it down? It now includes Disney + espn and Hulu for free in the plan.

We have to report to work an hour early today to go over plans again. So Verizon is admitting the confusion that they're rolling out this week
Many unlimited plans with limits and differences.! Not consumer friendly or easy to sell.
By definition, Verizon has no idea what the term unlimited means....UNLIMITED MEANS WITHOUT LIMITS. we should have 1 plan and only one plan.
Just when I could almost quote the old set of plans on multi-line with auto pay and 1st responders discount. Plus+ I'm sure we will not have something for the customers to look at! Just open up your app and speak at the customer. Or take them to a random spot in the store and point at the one pricing layout with only the "lowest" per line price listed. Wow! We have such great disclosure!!
So you have 25 different plans and pricing then additional 25 plans and pricing with autopay plus you add all the difference in the plans.... wth come on. NO ONE wants to remember all that or cares to. I bet they just want to make their reps look stupid when the customer ask what’s the difference and how much?
It is made confusing on purpose. At least I hope that is the case because otherwise whoever is in charge of making the plan names and benefits needs to be fired. I think all employees who are not on the front lines need to spend a week experiencing it. Maybe then they will realize how terrible the ideas are that they come up with. Then again they most likely could care less. Whatever happened to our credo? What a joke!
Took the training yesterday what a complete train wreck its confusing for everyone! Can yo imagine the glaze the customers will get when explaining it? Do mare get more start play premium data Hulu with that plan not with that Apple music here not there?And some Disney us with this one? And just kids?Verizon should have 3 unlimited plans so the customers will see were customer friendly and easy to understand.
Typical incompetence from the top down. let's confuse customers by having plan names exactly the same but having totally different features. Oh and by the way you can mix and match the old do more unlimited with the new Do more unlimited. even though we list HD streaming as a feature you now have to opt into it through the app. The old play more plan gets Apple music the new play more plan only gets Apple music for 6 months. The names have always made no sense but now customers are going to be utterly confused. I thought customer first was our new propaganda.
They are wireless plans. The info is in my source and we discussed them in our team huddle today. We are giving them more stuff to stream but lowering the high speed data caps.
