With Sam's giving out all these raises and giving more responsibilities to these team lead their about to start cutting some of these managers no doubt its coming.

There are seven managers at our club and out of all of them only two ever do anything on the floor. I definitely see at least one manager being cut eventually and very possibly two. Way more managers than we need.
they aren't going to cut all team leads. but at least 1 is going to be cut.
replacing salaried Managers with salaried Leads makes no sense I think there will be management and team lead cuts along with other positions in the clubs to make room for more online and curbside sales positions.
There are a couple of managers at my club I would like to see go. I would also like to see team leads get salary pay instead of all the OT they s— up.
I know of one lead that is working 60 to 70 hours a week while there are full time that make minimum wage and can't get any overtime. This company has gone down hill real fast in the last 5 years. I'm hoping to find other work after this last announcement of raises, and of course maintenance wasn't on the list or even consider.

I am in agreement with your statement, however someone told me being a co-supervisor or a manager is hard and stressful? What exactly are their responsibilities?
well every year there's a restructure so its no surprise. next year we will loose the ones they no longer want or need because they make too much and then replace them with someone off the street at a lower wage i don't understand how they can get away with that every year but they do. oh wait because they are sam's club and walmart
Maybe they're going to cut all the team leads, since the member specialist is going to have override numbers and be able to step into the team leads shoes when necessary.
I hope so the biggest waste of payroll in the club paying people to sit in the office all day makes no sense.
