Cvs needs to stop hiring all of these lazy store managers. Just took over a new store this past week that was completely trashed. Cleaned it up in 2 days! Ugh. Makes me so angry how so lazy some store managers can be

Amen over here where I’m at all the managers are allowed to pick on employees and retaliate when the gm gets talked to about it he just lets it slide with a slap on the wrist the night crew Are the worst bunch because they have the do as I say don’t do as I do attitude to the point of you can’t even speak to another colleague with out them spying on you calling that employee and scolding them for having a convo with another colleague when no ones around and I was off the clock the bullying factor is way to much hardly any merchandise gets put out because they all take lunches together and the employees have to fend for themselves they stand around talking and gossiping about everyone in the store and the cliqueness is so bad here that they actually have one of they’re bffs listen on you and go back to tell them what you were talking about there’s no team work they even belittle you in front of customers and think it’s hilarious I’m so sick of this sh– and to top it off all if they don’t like you they cut your hours till your out the door it’s so f—ed up
How is the stress level at CVS? I am looking for a better job, right now I work at Barnes & Noble but if you read the B&N page you'll see why I am leaving.
Cvs also needs to stop hiring pharmacists with absolutley no social skills, work ethic or ability to train coach or evaluate employees. Lets not get started on the lack of accountability they are held to

It takes 3-6 months and even taken me a year to fix stores that are really screwed up - so if it just needed a little straightening - that’s not bad —
