What effect do you think Cisco’s proposed move towards subscriptions will have on global virtual sales (GVS)? Good for this team or no? Wondering if moving to this team is worth it.
virtual sales does smart segmentation and calls partners every day when they finally book deals while approving more discounts
It’s there to prep grads for “proper sales jobs”.
Virtual Sales talks to customers that are already talking partners.
The deal would happen without them
Always got the impression that global virtual sales consists of mostly cold-calling mid-market prospects. If that's true, doesn't seem like it takes particularly specialized expertise. Then again, I'm not in Sales, so what do I know!
