401k match lost

Maybe Hon could give us a break and at least give us the match that we planned for..we did not leave on our own accord and were loyal..... I had over 30 yrs and lost over 5k of company match when let go due to COVID.
Old severance was better and old biweekly match as well.....shame that loyalty does not matter any more

Old severance is always better. The more RIF's they have, the lesser the severance package is. If you're gonna bail thru a V-Rif, it's always better now than down the road.

And after the 401k match was reduced during the previous recession, the full 401k match was never reinstated to the pre-recession %.

It’s very common to lose benefits like 401k match. The reduction of total compensation accelerates every year.

This is the exact reason they altered the match this way. Another reason to penny pinch the employees any way they can. This company will do anything to save money at the expense of the workers that support it. Vacation policies, sick and personal time, OT rules ANYTHING to add more money to the stock.

“Jobs saved” has always meant the job of the person saying it. All about the fake story for Wall Street.

"Jobs were saved." Yeah, right. None of this is about saving jobs, it's about pumping up the business metrics and the stock price for a sale. We can't even make deliveries to the customers we still have. Don't believe me, wait and see if they're willing to sacrifice the quarterly dividend to save jobs.

Jobs were saved when your 401k match was axed and severance was cut. Unfortunately it wasn't one of yours.
