Has anyone heard if the Administrative Assistants (secretary) and Team Leaders had to take the assessment? All we have heard were CSL’s, processors And us adjusters!

Any idea where the admin responsibilities land if they are eliminating their support?
Admins are useless anyway.
In my claims office as far as I know everyone had to take the assessment–this includes all managers/team leads, claim adjusters and claim processors, and support/admin secretary. The express group was the only exception, and did not take the assessment.
you must be talking about admins on the regional office side, in our regions they were told they were going to be laid off, then last week the admins on the national deployment recruiting I guess were told they are being let go as well.
All the admins I know are just being let go, they are free to apply to open positions.

I'm in auto claims, and our teamleads have to take it.
The administrative assistant in my office had to take assessment. Not sure about RCL.
