$847 million net loss on $832 million revenue. These numbers are just mind boggling and can explain why both Carl Icahn and the CFO got out.. hard to dig out of a hole this big

Avis only loss 381 mill off 782 million rev.
Here in the SW days are long. Our GM brought so many back that we have nothing to do. I was able to make a nice bed in the loft above mechanic's. Lazy days of summer and still get OT. Pretty good gig for sure.
Here in the west, we got slammed a few times but the problem is we dont have the cars or the staff to support the big rushes and now they are making us do the exit gate. We are all worn thin and stressed and Hertz is hiring but no one wants to work for a bankrupt company. I was just rehired just a mo ago and probably should have stayed on unemployment but I was hoping it will get better but its getting worse.
What location are you at where you have time to do nothing? My location has been slammed every week so far, I haven’t had time for lunch lately.
Blah blah blah with the negativity. I bet most of your locations s—ed pre pandemic because you don’t even know what you’re doing.
The end is near. COVID is not going anywhere. No options remaining to stay solvent. Chapter 7 by spring.
So sad for a once great company!
That mind boggling
Like u brought in 832 mil but still loss money. Hell that means quarter they had to make 1.6 bill just break even. So you got think they making 2 or 3 billion at least quarter when things going well
Yawn! Can't sleep tonight! Worked 3 hours of a 10 hour shift at the AP this evening and 7 hours taking a nap in the back of a T6 😂. I love my job as a location manager since COVID and Chapter 11 with no supervision and oversight. My GM and directors spend all day on calls, gossiping about who will be let go next, and trying to justify their existence. I just watch old Bruce Lee movies on my phone, shop, and nap during my shifts. Hope this turmoil last forever. Best gig ever!
With the amount of cars leaving the airport location in the south. Truck load after truck load all day, looks pretty crazy, almost like there just selling off enough to grab more retention bonuses then let it go
