I’m curious, In the club I use to work, It was a membership team lead, This person step down because the GM, told him how hard was going to be. Then GM hired this person with lots of dramatic episodes and getting lots of people in trouble, harassing, lying and other lots of mean things. NOW THEY CALL This person A MANAGER NOT membership representative. Still giving people hard time. Not doing anything than standing up. My question is, is the same thing in others clubs or just the one I use to work. By the way they get rid of because of this person. Lol I’m jus wonderful tho 😁

Get your facts straight before you complain. Job description is on the wire under membership. Expectations are strong for this person. They are not to run the front end. They are to exceed membership signups in the field, Plus First and credit numbers. Non key carrying manager similar to optical manager.

In my club Membership representative. Wants to take front end manager job lol she runs the front end, harassing the people she doesn’t like ,making lies about associates, all front end including leads are happy when she’s not there. I hope they do something about that is very annoying. And plus she doesn’t have any clue how run front end. Managers open your eyes!!

Yep ours helps everywhere he is needed. He doesn’t have over ride numbers or keys. He’s really helpful in several departments. I guess we’re lucky
At my club our member representative is not treated like a manager. She helps on the registers membership and on the floor where ever needed.
It looks like, we talking about the same person and she’s not a manager! She’s a membership representative that’s what home office told me. When call for the information about the position! And I feel sorry for all those people! I’m just happy I don’t work for Sam’s anymore.
What does the Memberships Rep do? If they are salary what hours and pay?
Membership representative! Is not a manager! Salary associate But not a manager.
