Heard the lot attendeds where getting 15 dollar pay rise at the end of the month. Any thoughts on that or a department that deserves a pay raise?

Yes they do and ill say it again if it was the other way around and merchandisers, maint. and produce would have gotten raises then the cart guys/ladies would be trying to get one of those positions but I doubt very highly you will see any of those associates want to go to carts and why, because its a very hard and demanding job if done correctly. By correctly I mean taking care of members by helping them load there merchandise and having to deal with the weather on a daily basis is in its self deserving of a raise.
They definitely deserve a raise!
