Has anyone else heard that Sam shares might be smaller this time because it has to do with customer reviews. Primary all about Walmart and Sam's Club posting that customers have to wear masks and I guess a lot of people are are given both companies bad reviews because of it. Apparently part of the Sam share bonus has to do with reviews that each store gets.

What excatly ISTE max? They keep saying we max out then find ways to take it. I don't get how if u off due to COVID how they can average that week in on ur average hours and cut ur bonus. So wrong. If I go in with a temp they try to send me home nope I ain't going home for 10 days and then get it counted against me when comes to ur average hours
They have our MX voices turned off basically. They still leave their surveys, but it isn’t counting towards our bonus. We maxed our bonus out this quarter at my club.
When is the sams share?
I read MX Voices quite often to see what stupid thing people are complaining about. Most of my clubs is just things being out of stock or being moved around. There’s only 1 I can remember being about masks
It has always had to do with Mx voices ever since it changed to quarterly bonus, our store got the max which is over 800 dollars
