Did they delete posts on this thread where people posted the RSU levels for various CL’s? I’m a CL27 and not only do I not get RSU’s it was never even discussed when I joined.

In 2017. RSU were cut back for senior executives because of the oil price decline. I expect similar reductions this year. EBU cash bonus are tied to XOM earnings, obviously this payout will drop significantly for next couple years. Unvested RSU and declining EBU means senior executives have have taken a big pay cut.

Board will approve RSU and EBU in November. Normal time table
I expect you will need to be outstanding + and even then, maybe 0 this year. I have got RSU for many years but this year I am ok with not getting them... company needs to cut back.
