Recommend ATT products and services. Now I simply recommend TMobile and Cutting the Cord. Go check out ATTs web site from a consumers perspective. Total dumpster fire of confusion and links that don't work. TMobile, Metro PCS, cut the cord and I don't think twice about it. The hidden fees, the nightmare customer service, the web site insanity, the psychopathic leadership. Stevenson, Stankey, and The Board sold the employee base down the river for some master plan of break up and sell it all off.

I always measured the telephone company on how long it takes them to fix a land line that is down. Mine went down on Friday and when I opened a ticket that day I got a text message saying the ETA was Thursday by 9PM. So, I have to do without land line service, and E911 service, too, because that is the state of affairs at AT&T.
I guess like so many surplussed employees deemed non-essential so, too, was my E911. LOL
Translation from OP:
“I was dead weight as an overpaid low performer, so the company laid me off. Now I’m salty about it so I will trash talk AT&T every chance I get. I’ll even go so far as to recommend substandard products, that’s how butt-hurt I really am.”
You’re not fooling anyone.
Former employee here. Run people. The grass is greener. T doesn’t care about you, your loyalty , and years of service. Bottom line is I am happier and don’t regret leaving after 20 yrs.
I call BS on this post..yeah that happened, tmo troll...
In any situations where I am asked where I work or what I do I have learned to be very apologetic before letting the news out of the bag , because there is always someone there who has a deep hatred for ATT . Thats our culture in a nut shell , no questioner needed !
can remember when I recommended any att service
Att website is a dumpster fire and don’t miss dealing with it at all
All I ever get from friends and family are complaints about how bad AT&T is whether it's mobility service, billing department or technical support...it's one complaint after another as though it's my fault. Consequently, I never recommend AT&T services for anything. If they choose T or already have T for any kind of service, I just keep my mouth shut, no cheer leading from me what-so-ever!
In the 80's I used to boast I worked at Ameritech. Wore my hat everywhere.
Then SBC took over....
