ER not offered due to one of many exclusion, what are chances for LR?

If someone was excluded from the ER (but meets age, service, etc requirements), what are the chances that this person would then get LR in Oct?

Those of you with high IPF have been getting money all along - RSUs, higher bonus, raises. You already got more money than those of us being offered ER. Don't be so greedy and be happy you've gotten money all along. RSUs? The last time I got one was many years ago, even though I am a good, steady worker.

You should raise voice if you wanted ER but could not get due to this exclusion. But if you did not want ER (more so with this package), what's point of raising it unless you get LR with lower package. That's too bad that you got lower package just due to your higher performance (recent promotion of high ipf) !

Yes we need to make our voices heard. WE should get the package and not be excluded due to our IPF factor. For some this is the only reason we did not get the package. Discrimination due to performance just not right. Most thought Cisco was better than this. So disappointed!

Great question. Say if someone above 50 but did not get ER due to recent promotion or high ipf and he/she get LRed later. This is discriminatory and illogical. When his/her 50+ peers got better offer to leave and she get lower offer.

If you are in an At-Will state, it means nothing. They can get rid of you cheaper is all it means.

I asked that very question, and the answer is NO being excluded from the ER does not make you excluded from the LR.

anyone excluded by an arbitrary factor like bu or ipf should file a case with hr immediately . this will allow you to demand the same package if you are in a future lr . the er is done under ERIP that must be followed . exclusions not covered under ERIP are forbidden

Sounds like exclusion from ER means they want you around.
