I sat in cubicle bay outside his office at Ford Credit when he was leading FC IT.
I learned a lot about the guy from that experience.
What is important is how people behave and speak when no one of “importance” is around to see or hear.
I lost all respect for him.

Totally disagree with the comments. I worked with many CIOs. I would consider him thoughtful with his people, knows his stuff, and doesn’t take BS. A data driven kind of guy.

I worked with him at Ford Credit when he was just a GSR as well as later when he came back from Ford as Exec VP of IT at Credit. He was always nice to me when he was a GSR, but after he went to Ford he must have drunk the Kool-Aid because he totally changed. He was responsible for outsourcing the Help Desk when he was at Ford and that turned into huge disaster. When he returned to Credit as Exec VP, he supported all kinds of questionable IT methodologies and seemed more aloof.

Worked with him at Ford Credit years ago. He was a total Richard even before he was a LL.

He either loves being lied to and doesnt know the truth or he is a fool. Those are the only things that can explain the brutal decisions that come out of his office.

"What's-his-name" kind of sums it up.
