G11 EMEAR, got the letter, will not take the offer because I have spent enough time at home with my wife during COVID. I don't need more of that.
Tbh i think you should worry if you did not get the letter because i think almost everyone received the letter. At least all the ones i have spoken to

Very high. You are cannon fodder to offset more expensive and older employees in a layoff. They have to balance young and old people fired to avoid age discrimination lawsuits. Good luck!
I'd tend to disagree with that. Young people just hired tend to be pretty safe. Especially if there are other G6 or G8 employees on that team that have more years of service that are under 40. If you're the only G6 or G8, you may be that sacrificial lamb. But what's the point of hiring someone and then LR'ing them 6 months later?
