The Perth office has become the most toxic place to work.
This is due to past and present management being allowed to create little teams of YES men and women who are scared to speak out or suggest new methodologies.
HR have also bought into the toxic behavior and operate like hit men and women within organised crime families.
I am so waiting for a payout and I know of 6 Engineers that have intervies6in near future.

I can confirm the abovevs statements are true as I worked for PAS for over 20 years in PAS.
I WAS actually part of the problem looking back.
I managed PAS PM group for around 7 years and was guilty of forming unhealthy alliances with under performing project management teams stuck in the dark ages and rorting clients.
The PM group is still a bunch of PM,s qualified on paper solely but sadly All bar none are able to interface honestly and professionally with key clients.
If its not written in PMBOK it is not really of value is the way they think.

If the layoffs are coming for the PAS project management team,it's due to the lackluster,blase attitude of the ageing management that have not been able to move with the times,can you believe that the management are only NOW moving to a recognized PM tool in planview.
They are desperately trying to recover the open check book days of the 80,s and 90,s.
