I heard today from a well-connected decades-long Director-level leader that there is a BIG shakeup coming in 1Q 2021 in terms of major company-wide reorg. Anyone heard similar? Any word on an Early Retirement Offer package in 1Q?

The senior management doesn't have a clear vision, and it has created chaos within the company. Also, they normally purge employees in Q1 of the new year.
Well I mean first of all they are stupid as sh–. They didn’t get their job by talent. How many fiserv leaders could score the same job at another company? 5%. 10%? I mean I upgraded my job when I left but these a– hats got NO game. Yo bedazzled what up
Why would they wait until Q1? If a BIG leadership level shake up is in the works they aren't going to rumor it to a director level employee 6 months i heard they are coming in November/December this year in time for Christmas.

We have reorgs every quarter. This is like predicting the sun will rise tomorrow morning. It’s no wonder we can’t deliver to our clients when the sands just shift underneath us because senior management have nothing better to to than to realign staff all the time.
