Never over, they do this yearly to keep workforce fresh and remove the dead wood, it’s designed to keep you on edge so you perform, but it usually has the opposite effect!
in CSG townhall, they said that WFR was completed this week, but some orgs still need to rightsize.

you're right its never over. I was there when they layed off 5000 in one day and said ok, its over. But the next week they layed off couple thousand more. You cant believe them for one minute.
What we are seeing now will continue for several months
This is the end of this round. Of course who knows what’s coming. My director told us it was 3-5% target although my regional leader had a slightly higher impact (sales org)
PIP and Metrics has been the great tool for many corporations for quite sometime. Best not be attached to friends, think that things are going to be great forever. Just like relationships , marriage, you will be betrayed. Be aware of you are no longer relevant no matter your education or skills.

It’s never over at Dell. Even when times are “good” they lay off folks every quarter. It’s on purpose so that you never relax. They don’t want you to relax and they pretty much tell you that up front.
