any layoff in APJ region?
Some managers are claiming they are understaff.. via calculation.. wonder will this reduce their headcount impact
What roles were let go in APJ?
There is a lot more to go. Headcount has been overloaded for years and never got the results desired from throwing more people at the same tin on astronomical targets.
Duplication
I hear Singapore and Australia have some last week. You will hear more in the coming weeks as they head into final weeks of Q3.
Do you know which department affected in APJ?
4 that I know in ANZ, 3 of those I know personally...bad day.

Wednesday was the day in ANZ
4 lost from our org (IT) in Bangalore.
Supposedly they're done in the US (for now) but there are still more to come in EMEA and APJ over the next couple of weeks. I'm part of a global IT org with a team presence in all three regions; we lost about 30% of our headcount on the US team and expect to lose the same from both the EMEA and APJ teams as well.
