Should the thread be copied to the survey?

I was laid off last week from Hopkinton and no, I didn’t ask for feedback. When you are on the call, the manager explains that per the quarterly review layoffs are happening for cost cutting and your job is one of those. HR then reads their script going over the benefits and asks if you have any questions. They email you some links to read and where to find information you might need. It’s pretty short and to the point.
Did any of those impacted by this weeks layoffs have an exit interview with HR? Did they ask for feedback?
If laid off you have no voice?
