Happily gone from fiserv. In the time since my departure they have moved to 50:1 reporting structure where the boss has never performed the role, moved people from roles where they excelled to not desired positions and have massively stunted their salary growth. Morale is at an all time low while the SVP level banks $700k plus a year. What a donkey circus.

Wow I knew it was big but not that big. No one is safe at that level because they will need to remove entire functions. I, like many, am actively looking
10% is the October number followed quickly by 10% in November and another 10% in December. Total 30% either layoff or attrition by the end of year starting from August 1.

Attrition? Several I know of left on their own volition - and they were highly paid - for greener pastures while others are just rif'd for no good reason. Yeah, it is driving that.

Glad you found a good life - it is horrific what is happening to this firm. I thoroughly enjoyed my years in Alpharetta - and now? Oh yes, the shills will doubtless respond that OFS staff ran the firm into the ground and only the great and good FB could save it from ruin. Yeah, going to see that so all First Data employees (and the reviews on THAT company are lousy) can be happy forever and forever. But so glad you found a life sir.
