Don't forget the reviews that are forced from employees in exchange for a more positive employee rating. My department was told that if we felt compelled we should log in to Glass Door and leave a positive review. Of course it was not required but appreciated by management and we should CC a copy of our positive review to the SVP so they know how much we support the company.
Agree on BOT reviews - there are alot of one-sentence reviews like I LEARNED ALOT AT FISERV - THEY TAUGHT ME ALOT AT FISERV and Cons are equally stupid. NONE I CAN THINK OF.

It is easy to drown out valid reviews on glassdoor with the shear volume of bot reviews. I've reported them and glassdoor just gives me a canned response that they find no wrong doing.
Any human _easily_ sees the actual state of the company at glassdoor by looking for reviews that
- Do not contradict themselves (example: Pro: Great work life balance, Con: Work-life balance could be better)
- Are not generic 5 word sentences that could be related to any company
A cumulative score on glassdoor is only for the CEO's headspace, and the "benefit" of HR and "Brand Managers" to try to influence. Anyone who looks only at the score and does not read recent REAL reviews deserves the cesspool the company has become.
Well if morale is so down, why aren't you posting your reviews on Glassdoor about the company ? It look like the CEO approval has gone up another point on Glassdoor. It has gone from 3.0 to 3.2 since June.
No, Fiserv is dead as associate terminations increase. And the FData shills will say they can save the firm and so let them have at it. Save it? It's gone already.
